We are different from any post-secondary institution you have encountered. Most
secondary and post-secondary school employ instructors to impact knowledge, through
lecture, without ensuring learners gather skills. We do not!
Automation Workz created TECH SKILL COACHING, a structured tech certification process in which a coach supports a group of individuals in building, strengthening, and applying technology-related competencies, in less than 12 months. We integrate technical training, workplace readiness, individualized mentoring and virtual internships to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world job performance
Tech Skill Coaching provides this Return on Investment for You.
We ask you to invest your time to:
Attend 2 classes (coaching sessions ) weekly.
Complete at least 1 module of assignments a week on-time with excellence as if you are collecting a paycheck. These assignments are where you practice skills acquisition.
Attempt assignments at least 3 times for a few hours before connecting with an instructor (coach) for assistance.
Become open-minded to solve problems rather than require specific instructions Coaches will use the Socratic method of questioning to assist you become more proficient at problem solving. The tech industry wants creative problem.solvers. You must get accustomed to being a problem solver and not a instruction follower.
