Ida is the CEO of Automation Workz, which evolved from an alternative cyber school, Hustle & TECHknow Preparatory High School in 2006-2007. It served 9th through 12th graders. Ida created Automation Workz to create tech workers when she struggled to developed 2 video games, My Jewel Empire and My Dream Empire. Generated $40 Million of Mortgage Loans Annually.

Ida is a serial entrepreneur. She grew financial advisory firm from 0 to $620 million AUM.  She earned her BA Economics 1989 from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor after flunking out with a .566 GPA and then earned an MBA 2014 from Jack Welch Management Institute, Strayer University.
